Columbus, GAabout 1 month agoAfter dropping off my items on 1/21/26, Dixie Cleaners on Pio Nono damaged almost all my professional clothes (added new stains, covered items in lint, pulled threads, faded colors) and did not remove basic makeup (foundation) marks. Refused to reimburse after I paid over $150 in cash UPFRONT. Owner was disrespectful and employees greatly misrepresented my actions to her to make me seem combative
